1. Who We Are

NobleCyber AI Security Inc. operates the NobleCyber browser extension and the website noblecyber.ai. We provide AI-powered security scanning to protect users from scam sites, malicious advertisements, and unsafe downloads.

2. What the Extension Does

The Noble Cyber extension performs real-time security scanning as you browse. Here is exactly what happens:

• When you visit a website, the extension reads the URL and visible page text temporarily
• This data is scaned and unthenticated by our IA engine for the purpose of security analysis
• Our AI engine analyzes the content for threats, phishing patterns, and malicious activity
• A trust score and security report is returned to your browser
• The scanned data is immediately discarded — it is never stored, logged, or retained

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

Noble Cyber does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Your browsing history or web history logs
• Passwords, credentials, or authentication information
• Financial or payment information
• Location data or IP addresses
• Personal communications, emails, or messages
• Health information
• User activity such as clicks, keystrokes, or mouse position

4. Data We Process Temporarily

To perform security scanning, the extension temporarily processes:

• URLs — the web address of the page you are visiting, used only to check against threat databases
• Page content — visible text on the page, used only to detect scam language and phishing patterns
• Page title — used to improve scan accuracy

5. Local Storage

The extension stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Your settings — toggle preferences such as Ad Blocking, Scam Detection, Download Shield, and Strict Mode
• Scan cache — scan results are cached locally for 30 minutes to improve performance. This data never leaves your device.

This data is stored using Chrome's local storage API and remains entirely on your device. Noble Cyber has no access to it.

6. Third-Party Services

Noble Cyber uses the following third-party service to power security scanning:

• OpenAI API — URL and page content is sent to our secure Netlify backend, which then queries the OpenAI API for threat analysis.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics trackers, or any other third-party data services.

7. Ad Blocking

Noble Cyber blocks known malicious ad networks using a locally stored rules list. This blocking happens entirely within your browser. No data about blocked ads is transmitted to NobleCyber or any third party.

8. Download Scanning

When you download a file, the extension temporarily analyzes the download URL and file type to assess security risk. This analysis is performed via our secure backend and the result is discarded immediately after the scan completes.

9. Children's Privacy

Noble Cyber does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. Our extension is designed for general security protection and does not target or collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

11. Your Rights

Since NobleCyber does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you have any concerns about privacy, please contact us directly.
